We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. As part of our response, we may remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" is a user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices or has had content removed more than two times.
If your account is terminated under our repeat infringer policy, you are not entitled to any refund.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
