Pixter Learning LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects
the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do
the same. GabaBrain complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with
the DMCA and other applicable laws. As part of our response, we may
remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing and/or
terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that
constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Service,
please send a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent
